This structure, serving as Alanya Municipality Culture and Social
Affairs Department and Alanya Castle Site Management Office, is also known as
Hamamlı Ev (Bath House) due to its historical bath at the ground floor. This
traditional Alanya house, which was built with quarry stone and lathing wood
system and used grog and haired plaster specific to the region in the early 20th
century, was restorated as its original form after assigned to Alanya
Municipality by its owners. In service since 2009, examples of the original
ceiling and cabinet can be seen.
